Though Fridge is normally never seen without his massive glasses, those who coax him to relax enough to take them off are often greeted with a very gorgeous face and large, soulful eyes.

Generally when working with the ferals, he'll remove his glasses when greeting them.

Here, we see him getting a shy growlithe to warm up to him and take some food from his hand after he took a bite of it himself. It wasn't long before he got the little pokemon in a playful and more relaxed mood.
