If I ever get around to doing that Headlight comic I want to do, this is one face that will definitely be seen. Jupiter Lucy, March's traveling buddy.
Jupiter Lucy showed up on the front stairs of a group home when she was twelve, wearing nothing but a grimy oversized t-shirt and an assortment of bruises.
She would tell authorities neither her name nor what happened to her. She met March at the group home when he was still a Riolu and she a Sentret, and the two became fast friends.
Misanthropic and somehow strangely intimidating despite her common appearance, Jupiter Lucy is more like an element than a 'morph. She appears and disappears like a cloud, even March has trouble telling when she's hiding close by and when she's truly gone. She speaks briefly and sparingly. Sometimes wisdom, most times nonsense.
One thing is for sure, though. The way she throws her attacks would make you think she's juggling stars.
She's usin' Swift, btw. =D

And finally, do I actually comment upon something that's actually RECENT! How about that~!
However...when I see this picture I find myself.. rather amazed here.
I will admit.. the pose looks like she's En Vouge there. (And pose. And turn. And move two three four...) yet it's...at the same time elegant BECAUSE she's in that pose. It's as if she would also be sporting one of those really long nightgowns or fur coats that you can only find at Macy's or Tiffany's. (And both naturally costing more than a car payment...but not going into that.)
What I like here..is how you used that pose for her and came up with this simplistic elegance there. It's well....even for a Pokemon, pretty damn classy. It's not overdone, it's not trying to use way too many Photoshop effects. It's not one of those... take it as you see it pictures that just...work. Even with the stars for the background (Well, attack) it's more or less highlighting her in this because they're like.. a background prop. (You know how lighting effect is used in Broadway plays wen they focus on one character? Same thing here.)
It's like she's going - The lights are dimmed, spotlight is focused, stars around my head, look at me. And that is what makes this picture nice.
