Bah, I lost all motivation to finish while working on it but here it finally is!
I posed the character, completely redid the fibres and the materials and spent way to long fiddling with render settings.
This really does the model more justice through.

Full image edited and composed in Photoshop, the background elements does not belong to me, I just used elements from various pretty nature pictures.
