In September/October, when the US Presidential campaign dominated all our lives more and more, I took it in my head to have a similar election for the leadership of Sabrina's toy collection in comic strip. There were campaign ads and all, in my feeble attempt at satire and social comment - and avoiding taking sides publicly or using my comic as a soapbox. I decided the winner of the Transformer election would be the same as the Presidential election (Blackarachnia here representing Obama, though depicted sort of an erzatz mix of Barack and Hillary - and incumbent Grimlock as the McCain stand-in, though more of a Grimlock W. in practice) and wound up drawing two different strips for different outcomes. Obama won (Congrats dude!) and the Blackarachnia strip went up on Sabrina-Online.com. Though my expectation and preference, it's almost a pity, as I think the strip here, the one which would have run with a McCain victory, is probably the funnier strip.

I have a question for you (since I havent been reading this for a while now) . Has there been any sort of comparison or segment involving Blackarachnia Animated and Beast Machines? Considering they're almost the exact same mold/design, and especially since the animated figure looks way better.
I haven't found much in a quick search, but there is this.

I just now went to check out the other Sabrina online strip, it's pretty hilarious but I still prefure this strip since we have the little godzilla of Transformer toys as the VP for Grimlock XD. SOrry I can't remember the little guys name, it's been awhile since I've seen him in a sabrina online strip and his name escapes me atm.
