I've been meaning to get this fantastic aircraft done for quite a while, as it is a contender for one of my favourite fighters of the Second World War - delivering on Royal Air Force requests for a fighter that could escort bombers over enemy-held territory, combined with the speed and agility that had made the Spitfire-Hurricane duo so successful during the Battle of Britain, the Mustang, fitted with a Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, provided everything that was required and more. I really like this fighter!
