This is W003554. Or as his human companions call him Wahq (usually pronounced Wack). The idea for him is a robot with emotions and the such but yet doesn't understand emotions or what its feeling. it just knows has these... things that humans call feelings. Like he's gaining awareness of the world. And he gets picked on by kids a lot, he gets spray painted and pushed around. He's really quite pathetic in terms of the new robots considering is a very old model. He was originally a guard robot but since his first human got a newer model he was thrown out and now lives with his new humans who are a group of people in the lesser district.
