Yep, you heard it. She has a 100% clean bill of health! She had her last battery of tests and visit to the animal hospital this past Monday and had her tube removed and given the A-OK by her Doc to keep on being happy and cute as always!
You can see her neck is still not grown back in yet, that will take time but the lil peach fuzz there is so much fun to scritch and she LOVES it. She is right back to being her happy chatty old self. She started eating about 2 weeks ago and I cried I was so happy.
Here we see one of her favorite places, her cardboard box condo in my room. She looves boxes and will jump in any that is opened. I set this one up as a nice lil spot she can lounge in anytime she wants. You see here she loves her neck being scritched.
I want to thank EVERYONE for their warm wishes and prayers. it was really appreciated, I cannot tell you how much. There were some really dark times in her recovery process.
I still am taking any donations if people wish to. With bills at almost $3000 total, oy, never was prepared to handle that...but I am so so so glad she got the best care and love the Docs and nurses gave her at the hospital...I cannot thank them enough in their care for her and training me on how to care for her at home. I'm so happy for you and Casey both, my friend. Heh... I actually cried a bit seeing her and knowing she's going to be just fine. I don't know what I'd do if she didn't make it. She's not even my cat, yet I was praying so much for her and you. I didn't want you to go through that heart break.
I'll do my best to send more money once my finance trouble is straightened out. That is a very big ouch... Still, I'm so very happy. Please do show her the best love you can, and give my love to her.

Oh Gideon, I am so happy she is doing so great. I just had to put one of my kitties down last week, so hearing that your sweet little Casey is doing so much better...brings me happiness.
I wish her a good long healthy remainder of her life!!!
If I can scrounge up a few more bucks, I will send you another little something.

I'm so happy for you man. Its been some where around 6 years since my cat snickers had to be put to sleep. I miss her sooo much. But I'm happy for you and I can tell that you are happy too. And if these college bills and car bills don't add up to much next pay check I'll see what I can donate to help. I just wish you both the best and pray that she always stays a happy healthy kitty.
