I'm not entirely sure about a name for them yet but I'm thinking Angel maybe

They're an ekranoplan, a ground effect vehicle - technically not a plane they function similarly to hovercrafts in that they work by generating lift from the ground below them when a short distance off the ground, making them able to move very fast on land and sea (though typically I think they're used for sea stuff).
