I will always be a fan of the Redwall series, in fact I have every single one. xD This pretty Pine Marten, member of the Weasil family, goes by the name of Ublaz. He was the main baddie in the book, Pearls of Lutra. I was always obsessed with him, he being my favorite... In my oppinion, he was made to be beautiful, or at least that was how Brian Jaques discribed him to be in his writings. Quite the grand Emperor, I might say...
