Ok, here's quick ref sketch of my main character, Ivon. I think later I will add text on the pic rather posting simple text.
And I'm sorry for language mistakes - mah engrish is nat good enough sometimes! Not my native language. *sigh*
Name: Ionas (Ivon) Werner
Age: 24 physical years, 15 human years
Sex: male
Species: Naga (Serpent, Zmeu)
Location: Timeline A347, Faranei jungles, NSI Laboratories (Object codename: Partridge Locks)
Bio: Born in the naga's tribe in jungles Ivon was exiled in the very young age, due to his unnatural skin coloration (albino burmese python). Lucky one, he managed to escape before being eaten by older snakes (which was a common practice in their tribes, due to keep population's genes clean) and being discovered by scientist's expedition. After getting almost get killed by their jungle guide, he went under protection of prof. Helene Werner, who decided to take care of the frightened snake and raise it (wiling to, in fact, explore their species, since that was such an unique occasion).
She, in fact, raised that naga as a "real human being", socialising and introducing him into their smal research group. Ivon got his name and become a member of the technician's crew - due to his sharp intellect and natural ability to get into small and difficult places like the vents.and making some accomplishments on serpent's special poison and many others.
* NSI Laboratories are scientific laboratories managed by humans from planet Earth. After expanding Time&Space Portals technologies people become able to build small scientific centers in the different Earth's Timelines, in order to explore them as a future place to move in, when the "Original Earth" will become totally exhausted (and, of course, to find some new energy sources and medicine). Laboratories from Earth and External Locations are linked between each other with portal's net, so the scientists can exchange info's from one to another place, as well as new equipment and crews - all that makes NSI Laboratories the first step of humanity invading program.
* Timeline A347 is mostly known by it's sapient antropomorfic fauna, living in the small (or not so) groups, mostly divided by belonging to the same species, but it is the undisturbed wildlife, similar to the Earth's atmosphere and perfect life conditions that makes it desirable by Humanity to become it's new home, when Original Earth becomes totally exhausted (which is going to be sooner than expected). Timeline A347 is also populated with "un-sapient", by unknown reasons, animals, sometimes belonging to the same species as the antropomorphic ones.
Personality: Ivon is shy, nervous and diffident, but very talkative and smart snake, that tries to please everyone he speaks to.
Grace to his human-alike skin colour and figure, as well all that time spent with humans in labs, he is much more acquainted into their social life, and (of course) much more educated than his naga kind. He's able to work with technics, fix things (like, broken vent or electrics), discuss literature and video games with people and do a lot of other things that humans do. (Note: His personality can be referenced by Wheatley from Portal 2 and, somehow, Milo Thatch from Disney Atlantis)
He's trained to NOT eat humans. Raised by them, Ivon was taught that eating human beings IS VERY, VERY BAD and it's strictely prohibited to even think about it, despite how hungry or big enough to eat them he is.
But if you think that you can easily cheat or bully on him - you are vastly (and deadly) mistaken. Being naive and not quick-witted sometimes, he's a vindictive and unforgiving creature - a simple, but crude insult will stay in his memory forever, till the very day you'll find yourself making you find yourself bitten with paralyzing venom, half-swallowed... But only in case if sure nobody will punish him for eating humans.
Don't forget, nervous people easily become maniac!
Likes: Rabbits, being useful, music, videogames, reading and dance
Dislikes: Low temperatures, rudeness, bullying, worms (parasites)
Pecular traits: Ivon share his traits with both tiger and ball python - huge sizes of the first and body constitution (and behavioral habits) of the second. His specimen possesses freely attached pectoral girdle and poisonous teeth - that allows them to use both methodes to hunt, suffocating the victim and paralyzing it. Paralyzing the victim and keeping it alive allows Zmeu tribes collect food to feed youngsters and pregnant females.
Nagas also have ears and able to speak - it's neurocranium construction allows them to hear sounds and use mouth to talk, and loosely attached highly mobile jaw bones facilitate manipulation and ingestion of large prey.
