of course no villains fun if their unstoppable, For one she can only work her gaze on one person at a time and the stronger the will the longer it takes to break. Best way to handle her is with another person there. Steel here tends to operates alone usually which didn't help her. If on your own shes alot more difficult. Theres afew other ways but those will be found out later.
