ugh... weird shit occurred when trying to upload this.
well, no more october. but autumn presses on... i love it so much -__-
i'm graaadually easing my way into color. only way to get better at something is to keep at it, i guess. that and maintain an air of enjoyment.

I think subtle tones really suit your work, not that you couldn't branch out, but so far, it's a nice combination. Fall is very cool indeed. I like the very innocent lines of the rabbit's face contrasted with the sharp, death-stare of the skull mask. And wrinkles are always good!
i agree with thomas on this one, your monochromatic pieces are always quite strong. there is something almost soothing about your limited pallet that juxtaposes quite nicely with your often darker content. keep playing around with color though. i just wanted to say your pieces are always a pleasant surprise
This is....amazing to say the least. I just feel like he's Hamlet w/ Yorick's skull, but he's decided to "Not Be" and to not live as do his duty of human perception, but with the skull he can see the reality and knowledge beyond sight. The colours of having him in a cold set but the surrounding is so hauntingly reminiscent of that nirvana it is to be unknown behind the mask and to be beyond those boundaries. *sighs* it's fun to try to pick this apart. It's a rare treat when an anthro piece can make me draw so deep staring at it.
