Meiya was a character I used in a D&D game some few years back as a PC. Though she looks human, she was, in reality, a weretiger. The game centered somewhat around that and what was becoming to be a prevalence of werefolk in the lands. Sadly, the reason for the were expansion never got reached, as the game shut down due to a lack of players, and lack of time on the GM's part.

Meiya was originally created back in 2.5, and never got updated to 3.0 or 3.5. Not that this is a shock, as I played most of my games around that time frame, and had a wider exposure to other GM's besides my current (my roomie and close friend of now 18 years, and GM for nearly that entire time).
Sadly, I have found that setbacks like the one I mentioned happen all too frequently.
