
These cinnamon rolls were made with a classic sweet pastry dough, and were then coated in melted butter and a special cinnamon & sugar mix I use. I then frosted them in a standard sugar frosting before topping with crumbled candied pecans. This is how you'd get these rolls if I were to serve them in a restaurant.
