Close confine was such an annoying spell in pvp , you litterally catch your target (by looking at the spell's icon ,with manacles i presume ) who is unable to flee .While you hold your target, you can strip their armors, and applies your debuffs. Dirty Stalkers... A certain rodent one wanted to show how to easily counter a skunky and ticklish Assassin Cross .
