Eh I just got used to it. Apparently I come off as a dude. It's not a big deal, once in a blue moon I'll get a "oh he's cute" comment on my character since I draw her pretty androgynous, and then I laugh and laugh when I get the "oh thanks but it's a she" "oh" and then you never hear from them again.
Probably, especially species that weren't sexually dimorphous. Birds might not have it quite so bad? I imagine you'd still need some wide hips and wider pubis symphasis(Although that would only help catalogue under an xray, or if we were talking archaeological digs) to permit the laying of hard-shelled eggs.. do reptiles lay hard eggs?
