Ooh, well yes! I'm so glad you asked! See, I was listening to this and the line "and as the sky is fallign down it crashed into this lonely town" made me think of the moon falling in Majora's Mask.... so that started the whole process
So Sombra's atop the Clock Town Tower. She's holding the shield that Homura Akemi uses in the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica as a device to control time. The flowers she's holding are just symbolic, though. Red Spider Lily and Asphodel.
Basically it's that she can't fight the inevitable loss of things she cares about to the passing of time and whatever calamity it may bring, if it does.
Not a very happy meaning behind it overall, but I do like how it turned out :3
