When she's not off in her maroon/gray/black costume and cape (or out of it by the end of most of her adventures), this is how Dragon Lady usually looks to most any other citizen of Gammorah Bay, just an average business-like lawyer working for the city. This isn't any affectation to preserve her identity, it's who she's always been - just another lady dragon whose only claim to fame otherwise was having a heroic policeman father who fell in the line of duty on the worst day in the city's history.
