Never was a fan of makin' shit edgy, but I love anything Zorori related and the art is fantastic.
Well I mean, first episode he attempts to murder someone with a sword. So I suppose it's not too far off.
Raises a couple of curiosities though.
Who would ishishi and noshishi be? Impressionable kidnapped children? His imagination?
While I'm at it, fug it, might as well suggest some shit.
Maybe on the "dark" side you should make his clothes much more realistic actual pieces of clothing. As if what he thinks is his "uniform" is actually pretty rag-tag and only barely resembles it. Like a ripped black shirt tied around his eyes with two eye-holes cut out, an old beat-up hat, blue jeans, a ripped blue t-shirt tucked in with an olive belt. Etc. Just shit like that.

I'm just a fan of derping around with stuff randomly. His outfit could still be mostly the same, (but far more worn out.) simply on the notion that it was actually (or was based on.) a special set of pajamas his mother made for him when he was a kid.

Imagined Ishishi/Noshishi potentially even being early victims that haunt him. Of course, when he meets them in series, they /are/ trying to rob a food cart. In a way, imagination or accomplices can fit the bill.

That said, most of it was an odd idea, and a funky pic for the sake of an odd idea.

In a (mostly) unrelated note. I may have to consider drawing up some Zorori rule 34's Because, even though there's plenty already, he's still cute.

And no problem, I know it's a recreation of his pajamas, but if he's so delusional he sees no harm in anything he's doing, wouldn't his recreation not be as "accurate" as he would believe being in such a deluded state? IE it'd just be articles of clothing loosely /resembling/ pieces of it

Hmm, perhaps. Unless it was the same (now ill-fitting) pajamas, tattered a bit over the years.

Looks more terrifying when you complete the killer Zorori half.
