Today is a good day.
Many tears were shed, much jumping, screaming, and seeing family and friends finally able to full on make some plans.
Excited to see how this changes things. From cartoons, fairy tales, books, culture and history. Its not completing all issues, but its a step.
Finally the US is catching up to other countries that have already made it.

When I get to do what I like in my art, there's always going to be a huge mess of color blotches. xD
It still has me choked up. I've seen so many long, heartfelt posts today. So many from musicians I listened to as a child and continue to support... So many other artists online that could only really be open here... My eldest brother, who is far away, but can now finally have his ski resort wedding with the most kickass guy he's been with for over a decade. I love being around at a time where I can see it live online and in video chats/vines/etc.
I'm so excited now that the earthquake made will cause things to change. Those against it will become smaller, quieter. Those that can finally fully be themselves from coast to coast don't have to fear as much as they used to. Since its such a large country in the center of pop culture, its got some srs changes to make and keep.
