Xei is a Male Undead Drennec.
With a bored attitude most of the time, Xei will show no interest in you and claim to hate you but the second he sees someone not smiling, he'll do his best to change that. Found at a radioactive plant, he is able to create a substance called Spooge which is able to heal most wounds but can also be used for destruction. Despite being found at a radioactive plant and creating toxic waste at will, he has a large fear of it and, unless in a fit of rage or desperation, will prevent himself from creating it or being near it.
