Tires make the difference. Snow tires are the only way you can drive it in snow. Otherwise anything over 25 MPH and you do a whole car drift off the road. It's rather scary and I've only been caught in snow once in mine. Was a long drive home that day. The antilock brakes also work great, except in snow. Thats why I have an xterra for winter and the TT when it's not nasty out. Also adding a rear anti-sway bar is great for the track, but that with soft compound tires makes it horrid for snow or even rain. You can easily drift the car in rain, and with a GIAC X-chip ecu reflash, you can also drift it easy on dry pavement too.
