Yup, it's another new character, and a renamon too! <3
She's called Noxira, which somewhat means Watcher of the Night.
The scarf she's wearing belongs to her trainer. Yes trainer, not tamer. But he left her for unknown reasons, but gave her his scarf.

Her eyes also glow red when she is pissed off/very angry.
