:'D Uhmm. I'm not really sure what the 'best' way would be, other than erasing the preexisting ears and then freehanding the lop ears in their place. There's an example on the info page if you need to reference (or hell, even trace) it.
I'm sorry I couldn't include these options myself. Time restraints kept me from adding a lot of the things I'd hoped to. Maybe one day I'll come back and add some variants to the base lineart. :<
