I looked at your character, and I think I would be able to make roughly 75% of him. I would not be able to make his fingers or floppy ears, and I would struggle with the horns, face, and tail.
However, I can do the feet and legs, so I could have him in the middle of being eaten head first. Or a shot of his macro hoof smashing a car.
Cost would depend on what scene you choose.
