Here we have Carmine on the job, destroying a planet's civilization for a client. This planet did not even bother to hire anyone to oppose him, instead depending on their own military forces to oppose him. Unfortunately, their military forces could not even muster enough resistance to tickle Carmine, letting him take his time and have fun crushing their population beneath his paws.

Depends on the life really. He is fairly loyal to his select group of friends and he would probably treat anyone significantly smaller than himself like the people on this world for free. Giving him money to do something like this is just icing on the cake. However, he actually can be paid to protect a planet or leave it alone, albeit fairly reluctantly.
Actually, to this guy Frieza is just a strong bug, but still a bug. A doubt his horns would be long impale him anyways. It helps that this otter is invincible and having the planet blown up would just be a minor inconvenience, really more so because he was supposed to leave the planet intact for his customers.
Yes that would include his new form and the ability to transform himself into a self guided bullet would not help. I doubt Carmine would even feel the impact.
And no, Beerus would not be able to harm him. Keep in mind a lot of the DBZ characters aren't as powerful as they seem in the world of fiction. Heck a lot of the DC comics characters could take them on once you do the math on how powerful they are.
