If it wasn't the cops, it was the small time rivals. They all wanted to get what we had. What it is that made us so powerful. They'd do anything... but someone made a mistake. Someone, on the inside went snooping around and got in too deep. We found this snapshot, and now.. we need to find this 'mole'.
I was sooo fucking bored I had to do something new. This'll be my first meme. Don't know if it'll be a success, but one can hope now can't they?

Not going to ask to join in, as my skills are not up to where I would like them to be, and feel anything I submitted would detract from the overall effect. I WILL say that it looks llike someone gonna get a beatdown that'll make what is happing in "Crossing the line" seem like a picnic.
Heh. It's a shame I am not artistically inclined. I would love to take part in this meme. I'm not sure how I would fit Lillith into it, but I'm more than certain that her lover Varlaen would be somewhere in that snapshot. *Chuckles* Ah well. If I have one regret in my life, it is that I simply do not have the talent to draw as so many wonderful people here do.
so i tottaly need sleep and posted this on Kami's version of it. i understand now that its a tagging meme shot but whatever. might as well post it here to
"Good pic but really. its killing me. (i know im probably out of line by saying this next part)
the points of having one part of a picture crisp and annouther part blurry are the fallowing
1. To focus on the point of interest. (your focus is already standing out from the solid coloring so makes it confusing)
2. To show personality with the person. this is such as uninterested (must of been interested before for this to take effect) or the act of moving way from a once important object.
The back ground for the picture is obviously just show. and blurred for some other reason. i feel like this picture would be twice as good with the entire thing crisp. With the coloring of they eyes & necklace, along with the solid black coat the person would stand out regardless. or annouther great idea would keep it crisp but increase the transparency of it still giving the effect intended.
Its a good picture dont get me wrong. change a few sizes and i would be adding this to a computer wallpaper collection."

I understand what you're getting at and believe me, I've tried all possibilities to make it a few points crisper, but for the purpose I had for it, the background would have become irrelevant. It's just a prop or "show" as you said, for others to use as a guide as to where they can place their characters when tagged to draw them in. Not to mention it'd just help a tad to make the image a bit more interesting than just using a blank white background. This was all to see how inventive some artists can be.... besides... I'm no professional, so I did what I could to make it simple and fun.
