An extra bit of fun with them, they don't nessissarily freeze in the normal way, they can supercool and stay liquid until they get disturbed, so if some are still fully liquid while others have frozen, give them a squeeze or bump, and watch the ice flash form. Just takes a few seconds. Weird science!
