Backstory:

Some of you may or may not know, that the Chipmunk Adventure was one of my favorite animated films growing up. Well, it was and still is. I found through an awesome series of events a group of model sheets that the animators from the film would use to draw the character same in all the scenes. (Which ironically, in this film rarely happened, but that's a tale for another day) Anyway, I doodled Alan as a Chipmunk styled character using the Model Sheets as reference.

I also found the original Pantone color chart via the sheets and got the original colors for the characters :) Authentic niceness makes me a happy artist :)
