The humor is intended to get to the intelligent viewer who recognizes the hypocritical behavior as an expression of insecurity through absurdity. Its a common and smart form of comedy like how the bbc series "look around you" appeals to science lovers by being completely ignorant of science.
The intention is to make those who know its offensive laugh at how absurdly hypocritical it is. That, simply put is parody and the author nor its fans do not deserve slanders of racism simply because you did not realizes the humor requires introspection

HUMOR is relative regardless of how you feel. There are trans people who find this funny, There are trans users who find this funny, What If I am trans? What if I find absurd satire as a means to deal with REAL offensive behavior in a humors way? You are in not position to be casting judgement on people here.
You've gone much further than stating how this makes you feel, you've borrowed credit from your own cause to pass negative judgement onto others including myself and NO one should EVER feel justified to do that. If you feel justified you do not understand what it means to respect art form and other peoples intentions and interpretations.

I find anti religious jokes funny, Im sure the religious don't but that does not make me ignorant. I find gay jokes can be funny, if coming from a non hatedfull place.

The joke is that it is so absurdly offensive it cannot possibly be made in earnest and that is exactly the point. "Black" humor has been used for decades in mainstream media to illustrate this fact. It is a method to raise awareness to people who HONESTLY mean these things when they say it. When you laugh at the absurdity of something offensive you disarm it of its power. Just because you cannot see that does not make me or any of these people a bigot , you hardly know anyone here in person to even make such a harsh call.
I sincerely hope you reconsider how you should talk to others. Dignity can be a hard thing to win back when you throw such hateful words around so casually.
