Well, relatively. The sated creature's steady breathing, the gentle thrumming beat of its heart, and the occasional squelching sounds of the slick, living flesh moving all around creates an organic ambience that is almost peaceful for the freshly consumed meal. Might as well soak in the atmosphere before it soaks in you.
