The dragon president/dictator of the Caribbean is back! Long live La Presidenta!
I really do love this character. Her design, conflicting personality, and history just seems great to me! so i had a friend of mine help me design an anthro form for her...and she looks great!...i am so rusty at coloring though XD Still i hope every one enjoys.
Also thats her normal belly...shes fat...i have a thing for dragon bellies >.>

i have a soft spot for dragon bellies too if it wasn't obvious XD actualy chubby tummies in general are pretty cute, love how she has a naval here hehe~
i liked the idea behind this character as well, i can see her sending out orders as well as personaly dealing with political or physical enemies >:P
