I think I finally got a design down for Cairo that I like.
Markings are such a pain but I like the idea of barbed wire around certain parts of her so yeah.
I was thinking of putting some scars, but I'd never remember where they belong haha.
But He's my Gator dog's final design.
I figured I'd use more of my favorite colors than trying to smoosh Blitz and Maggie together in something. Just made more sense to me.
Was going to add black, but The purple is good enough and now I can give her black clothes to really bring in my favorites. Plus orange would look good on her too.
I'm really happy with her design. Now I just need to make her a ref sheet and I'll be good to go.
Still playing with coloring too. I need to work on where my shadows hit hard and where they hit soft to really make my images pop. But I think I'm getting there.
And I keep spending too much time on some drawings. This was just another doodle gone out of hand.
At this rate I'll never consistantly pump art out. (although I guess I'm getting better about it)
Anyways, here's my gatordog Cairo in all her glory.
