Either this would be a fasinatingly offbeat tune with all sortsa mind boggling harmonics, or I'd be lying in the grass nearby the parade route, wondering if that was my brain that had leaked out my ear.

Whenever I see this there's a tune that goes through my head that I just _can't_ place. It's driving me nuts, too. Old cartoon, black and white movie... Can't remember!

I just got given a link to this image as a reference for a commission I'm discussing and I find this kind of hilarious given who's in it.
