This is Epitaph , Mandrakya's twin brother, they are counts so the have a lot of money... for some reason most of vampires have fortunes and titles and things like thos, and these twins aren't the exception
i know is just a detail, but i love how the hand came out *w* i just suck drawing hands and the left one is pretty good, at least for me
