I really love this idea. It really gets me thinking deep about how sometimes we wear the mask so long, we actually think we're part of the mask instead of what's underneath. I always love the people who go through the process of trying to figure out who and what they really are, because they are gaining something that in my eyes is so valuable.
Both images are you though. Everyone is a multitude of personalities, likes and dislikes. Its just one represents your professional personality and the other your at home personality. Work should never follow you home and home should never follow you to work. So you shouldn't feel like this is only a facade.
I don't believe in that nonsense. I don't put up facades. I'm afraid when I finally get a job (Which I'm about to), my employer will fire me for not smiling like I'm "supposed" to, which is just bollocks to me.

Hopefully there're enough people like me, where if it slips out, the first time I ignore it, the second time, "Did I just see...? Oh, cool." and move on, and only in private would I ask "So how long have you been doing that? No, I don't, but I know a few friends that do. If it makes you happy."

I think of this concept as your "Persona" and your "Anima"... your "Persona" is basically a mental shell, the you that you present to the real world, while your "Anima" is your true self, the you that you see yourself as. I imagine this image here is a pretty good representation of how most babyfurs are like in their day-to-day.
Well, if the Persona series is anything to go by, sometimes even the façade isn't necessarily fake. It's just an incomplete picture. People are seeing you, since that façade is technically born from you. It's simply that it's not all of you, only the parts of you that you're willing to let others see (or in many cases, only the things you're willing to see in yourself).
