Well, I went out today to close the vents around my house to prepare for the cold weather and look what I found sitting around on my back porch! Now usualy all we ever see around here are brown hares so this was quite a suprize. Took me a moment to catch it. It only struggled for a moment or two then calmed down pretty well once I had ahold of it, so my guess is it's a tame rabbit that got loose from someone. How it ended up on my porch I have no idea, but if it'll eat what I feed it, I might just keep it. I used to raise rabbits when I was young, and I've been talking about getting a pet rabbit again. My cant doesnt seem to care either way about it, but the dog keeps wanting to pester it, so we'll just have to wait and see.
