It rlly depends on each person, the kigus are pretty wide and comfy but it can get hot and sweaty (fleece fabrics) if you wear them for a while. Me personally I don't have it very hot in them, but that is prob cause my body can fit twice in those huge pjs :P On the dance floor it can get hot/sweaty, but do able. You might wanna ask around what other kigu owners think, since it varies with each person :3
