
This is a painting I did for the only college level art class I took back in the fall of 2002. This was part of a theme project in which I chose to create a memorial for our horse, Princess, who had died earlier that year. This was done for the non-traditional surface portion of the project, and it's acrylic paint on white leather.
I think I succeeded in capturing her. She was a beautiful and wonderful creature that Paul and I still miss to this day.
