I've never drawn Mona before, but last night I couldn't sleep so I sketched for a few minutes before bed and viola! Mona.
I passionately hated her costume on the show, though, so I gave her a new one. I think she's cute :)

Definitely an improvement on her scarf based outfit, even if its a sketch I love how you managed to make it so detailed. Its all kinds of kick ass to me at least.
Heh, from my guess Raph probably wouldn't mind helping her out of that outfit. (I was going to say this on your picture with Rei in her biker gear, but I keep forgetting to comment >>)

That was my favorite episode of all time from the turtles! Man! I wish they brought her character back! She had so much potential... and the closest thing to her was in the live action show with Venus... which was a poor excuse if they were trying to get a similar dynamic out of her.
I just watched The Next Mutation and man, was it horrible! Venus was a gigantic Mary Sue, but I kind of liked her anyway.
I admit, when I was a kid and I saw the Mona Lisa episode for the first time, I was kind of annoyed because Raphael was really out of character and I had already made him a girlfriend (Ando Rei's earlier incarnation, Andraya Taguchi). But over the years I've started to like her more, and there's a huge following for her online. I think it could have worked out!
