Another Star Trek campaign species, this time of a (kind of) extragalactic critter that doesn't follow the usual humanoid pattern, as you can see. The idea is generally that the Outsiders are completely alien. They're not exactly bad people, but communication is almost impossible and their higher-level morality lies on the bacon-pants axis rather than the traditional good-evil one.
