That is from a series of fonts that I have called glyphis. There are three variations of it. If you want it, I can share out the font for you. Gimme a yell.
I have a huge collection of fonts to be honest, gotten mostly from a friend who is pretty font happy himself.

While it's neat to see the fancy lettering, it is utterly incomprehensible. I can't even guess what the are saying. Something that sounds like Latin? Maybe they're talking in hisses. Or maybe they're talking like a Death Metal singer sings.
I'm gonna go with the last one. A bunch of guttural growls and grunts.
