This is her purity form. She is only ever in this form when she is in or very close to a storm. She's much larger and much more powerful in this form. Her feathers are much larger as well. and she only has her back feathers in this form. She's nearly the manifestation of a storm.
She does have back legs! They're just blocked from view.
