Hello! These are Takoyaki which are octopus dumplings. I did not make these myself. These are served at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya in Beaverton, Oregon. Kukai is a ramen shop. It's a chain restaurant that has 3 locations in Washington and now One in Oregon. They have more locations in Japan.
It was my first time having takoyaki. the flavor was good but I wasn't a huge fan of the soft gooey texture.
If you live in Oregon and happen to live in Beaverton or close to Beaverton, I totally recommend this place.
