Here is the ramen I had at Kukai Ramen & Izakaya in Beaverton, Oregon. I chose the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. It is made with rich pork broth flavored with soy sauce and has a black garlic oil drizzle. It was so good!! Some of the best ramen I've ever had in the states. The boiled egg was half boiled so when I cut into it the yolk was still runny and it added more flavor to the broth. The noodles weren't slimy and had a nice bite to it.
