Large glowing bottle commission for

The bottle is sturdy glass, ~9cm/3.75in tall, ~4.5cm/1.75in wide, with a braided leather binding and loop at the top for attaching to the leather cord necklace. It is filled with glowing aqua resin with iridescent swirls that give it a magical appearance as it moves in the light.

I've got your necklace all packed and ready to go, but there's a tiny problem: I made an error when I estimated the shipping, so I was wondering if you'd be willing to pay the actual shipping cost? The total is $11, so it'd be another $6. OTL

Thanks for understanding. ^_^ And this is the least expensive method- the package weighs in at 9 ounces, so it's not terribly unreasonable.
