Stoked for Fallout 4, I wanted to draw Liberty Prime for my yearly red, white, and blue picture for 4th of July. Submitted a few days early cuz I'll hopefully be taking a 3 day vacation for it. And yes, believe it or not I actually made the background as apposed to just stealing backgrounds off Google. (You can tell I made it because it's just lines, circles, and stars. "Very good, Ota! You can make shapes! You get a gold star for this one....")
