Oh gosh, this turned out WAY better than I expected. ;w; Howl's Moving Castle is pretty much my favorite Studio Ghibli film, and I plan on making a cosplay for Howl VERY soon. :heart: I ended up experimenting with water colored pencils in his feathers, and I was incredibly pleased with how it turned out.
