Yeah same here, I've been waiting for over a month to get my money back from them (paypal themselves as they're the ones who took it) which is why I had to open up for these at all D:
Have you tried calling them? When I had an issue with a commissioner before trying to scam me I called them and they fixed everything right then ;o;
