Kinda felt like uploading my favorite photo taken while at Niagara Falls. Thinking about it and listening to Shenmue - Asa Moya No Namioto (or at least thats what my player is telling me I'm listening to) really sums up the trip for me. I came away feeling amazingly refreshed. Worries, frets and heavy things = obliterated. If ever you get the change to go, fricken GO.

I've stood there. (Or somewhere like it.) While the more visited areas have guard rails, it's fascinating how many places around the Falls where you can walk up to a 165 foot sheer drop, and just look down at the falling water a few feet away. Then you look at the river itself. It only seems to be going a few miles an hour and about a foot deep. Why can't you just walk across the Niagara River, two feet from the drop?
Well... of coure anyone who tried it isn't around to tell you why not, anymore...

I've been to Niagra Falls several times. I just can't get tired of the sheer power of it all.
I got a funny story too. Just before the river goes over the American falls, my father stood on a rock sticking out of the ground just above the water. He was mere inches from the water. One little slip and he would've went over them.
But a recent event concerning the falls has shown us that people can survive going over the falls, unprotected.
